(tasting notes) Distinctive apricote and flower honey aroma. The taste is rich and still refreshing, with pronounced sweetness.


A diverse geological soil composition, consisting mainly limestone and dolomite. The vineyards spread out over the finest wine-growing sites on the hill slopes over river Sava in south east Slovenia.
Enviromental friendly. Minimum as needed, only with substances approved for sustainable farming.
The grapes had the opportunity to rippen till the end of january. Manual harvest took place in the coldest time of the day at 6. In the morning at 21°C, covered with snow.
Pressing startet immedatly, after a day of pressing was fermentation started with autochthonous yeast. Fermenton took place for 6 weeks with controled temperature.
Matured in stainless steel. Bottled right before release.
Best combination with sweet deserts, properly cooled, preferably between 8 and 10 ° C.
